C' RON wins Golden Shoe award.

Real Madrid  supestar Cristiano Ronaldo has been officially presented with the European Golden Shoe award for finishing the 2010-11 season as the top scorer on the content. The Portogal international achieved the prestigious honour by firing home a whopping 40 goals in Spain's La Liga last term, thus scoring more times than any other player in a European first-tier league division. Ronaldo, who was handed the award at Madrid's International Hotel by Portugal legend Eusebio and Real Madrid honorary president Alfredo Di Stefano. remarked that he would ne happier to see his club side liftb the biggest trophies in the game than to cintinue winning indivisual accolades.
